No, we provide cylinder locks. This type of lock can not be cut. You will be the only person with the key.
You will be renting your unit month to month and can move in and out as your schedule permits. There are no long term contracts, however if you know you will be needing your unit for a longer period of time, ask the resident mangers for long term pricing discounts.
Using your own personal gate code, standard access gate hours are from 6AM to 10PM, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Ask the resident managers for more information.
The gated entrance is right next to the manager’s office/residence. You will have your own personal access code to enter through the security gate. Our monitoring software monitors the gates 24 hours a day. Our site is fenced and well lit.
We have insurance available from a third party insurance company at very reasonable rates. Your resident manager can help you with the application when you rent your unit. Some homeowners policies do cover self storage, but most do not. You may want to check your homeowners policy first.
